BUYERS: Please note that all home buyers pay nothing to me. You never pay me anything…ever…my service to help you is totally FREE! The fees to my company is paid by the other side of the transaction. If you are thinking of buying new construction, I highly recommend having someone like me helping you since the builders always look out for themselves and you should have someone in your corner too. I of course also help with normal resale homes and not just new construction sales.

SELLERS: My consultation is always FREE and costs you nothing to see me and discuss your objectives. I can do a FREE market analysis (CMA) on your home and I won’t pressure you or hassle you as it’s not my style and would hate someone to do that to me. Do you have a property to sell?
