As a full-time Realtor, Kristina Bianchetta enjoys helping clients reach their real estate goals and will work diligently to help you find the right home whether it takes one week or one year! Kristina is never too busy to listen carefully to your wants and needs and is quick to identify a property's unique traits to fit each client. Kristina is keenly aware of how stressful the process of buying and selling can be, particularly for first-time buyers. She employs her vast marketing and negotiating expertise to accomplish her mission – to help you make your transaction as simple as possible.
Kristina approaches each home sale as if it were her own. Her goal is to provide timely, honest communication ensuring clients fully understand the many facets to their real estate transaction. To provide her clients with the personalized service they deserve, Kristina only takes on 3-4 clients at any given time.
Kristina has always had a passion for real estate. After buying and managing a personal investment property in 2012, Kristina decided to make real estate a full time career. Prior to becoming an agent, Kristina spent over 16 years planning and managing high profile special events at the Smithsonian, Library of Congress and Getty Museum. Many of the skills Kristina employed as a special event manager translates directly to her work as a Realtor where she manages her client's transactions with the highest degree of customer service and attention to detail.
Originally from California, Kristina has lived in the DC metro area for over ten years. Having lived in the District, Alexandria, and Reston, Kristina is well versed in the greater Northern Virginia suburbs. Kristina currently resides in Loudoun County with her husband and 4-year-old daughter. When she's not working, you can find Kristina enjoying time with her family or exploring one of the many wonderful wineries in Virginia.
