Gregg Herpst has been active full-time in the residential new home construction and resale industry for nearly 30 years. He was a partner with the largest real estate sales and marketing company in North America for ten years, and represented over 80 builders in the Mid-Atlantic area.
Gregg was also the Corporate General Sales and Marketing Manager for the 36th largest home building company in at that time in the U.S. and responsible for nearly ½ billion dollars in annual sales.
Gregg has owned several land development companies and been responsible for the acquisition and sale of thousands of lots to local, regional and national builders and hundreds of private clients..
Gregg is a Certified Real Estate Owned (bank owned) Properties Specialist, and Certified Short Sale Professional. Both designations required over a year of intensive study and practical demonstration.
