Maureen Dawson, the founder of The Dawson Home Team, has provided exceptional service to her real estate clients since becoming a Virginia-licensed REALTOR in 1998. A resident of Northern Virginia for over 37 years, Maureen intimate knowledge and of the Northern Virginia Market is exceptional. Maureen came to Northern Virginia as a newlywed and, with her husband, Joe, have raised two wonderful daughters who now live and work in Washington, DC.
Maureen and Joe have lived in the Franklin Farm community in the Oak Hill section of Northern Virginia for nearly 28 years.

Joe Dawson, a Virginia-licensed REALTOR, has joined his wife, Maureen, to form The Dawson Home Team of Realtors serving Northern Virginia. Adding to Maureen’s 21 years of real estate sales success, Joe brings his experience of 35 years as a senior executive leading sales and marketing organization for IT and professional services companies serving the federal government.

A 37-year resident of northern Virginia, Joe was raised in Massachusetts, graduated from Boston College, and served as a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps. After his military service, Joe entered the IT industry where he met his wife, Maureen. In the ensuing 35 years, Joe and Maureen built a life and a family together in northern Virginia. With their two daughters raised and pursuing their own careers, Joe has joined Maureen, combining their talents and experience to further develop the real estate business she has built over the past 24 years. Together, Joe and Maureen are “The Dawson Home Team” where their individual talents and skills are combined and dedicated to delivering extraordinary service to their clients.
