“I believe in authentic and honest relationships where my clients' goals are listened to, understood, and realized."
Born and raised in Virginia, Jake has a keen sense for the diversity of real estate in the Commonwealth. Whether it's finding a rental condo in Arlington, selling the townhome in Reston, or building a new house in Aldie - he knows there's never a one size fits all approach. Everyone has unique situations, goals, and challenges – which is why he focuses on listening and asking relevant and probing questions to help his own understanding of clients’ needs, and sometimes, helping to solidify their own.
After earning his undergraduate degree in Economics from James Madison University and Master’s in Public Policy from George Washington University, Jake worked extensively in Personal Finance and Budget. This uniquely positions him to counsel his clients on large financial real estate decisions.
Jake lives in the Town of Herndon, and when not spending time with his wife and young
daughter, you’re likely to find him on a golf course or volunteering with First Tee helping to shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect, and perseverance through the game of golf.
