Karyl Allen

I am a native of the Prince William County area and was born and raised in Manassas, Virginia. After getting married in 1995, my husband and I moved to Gainesville. We could see that the area was about to have explosive growth and we planted roots here in December 1995. We are parents to two amazing daughters. One is a 3rd year student at Liberty University and our youngest is a senior at Patriot High School. Having raised both kids here we have a pulse on the local schools, sports, all the best restaurants, and local shops. You can find us on the sidelines every Friday night during football season as we cheer on our cheerleader! We are also very involved with her competition cheer team at Patriot. I love my community so much and I want other people to love it as well so I often feature local businesses and events on my Facebook page and website.

I began my real estate career in 2005 and work as both a buyers agent and a listing agent.
