Hi, my name is Sylvia Le Torrente and I am a full-time licensed Realtor in Virginia and Washington DC. I have over 25 years of combined experience in real estate, business and project management, auditing, finance, contract negotiation, sales and marketing. As your realtor, it is my mission to help sellers get the most value for their home and help buyers find their new dream home.

Being a homeowner myself, I personally had gone through several business transactions in buying and selling houses for my family, I understand the stressful tasks that sellers and buyers have to go through during these processes. Therefore, as your Realtor, I want to help you, by taking the stress out of your hand. I promise to be with you in every step of the way with an open, honest, and transparent communication through-out the entire process. My job is to take away your stress by acting on your behalf to effectively and professionally negotiate and look out for your best interest.

Although- I was born in Vietnam, I grew up here in Northern Virginia and I have been working in Northern Virginia for over 25 years. I am very familiar with Northern Virginia region. I am fluent in English and Vietnamese. I received my B.S. in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University and my M.B.A from Marymount University. I live with husband and my two sons in Fairfax County.

As a wife and a mother of two children, I know and understand buying or selling a home is one of the utmost important finance and investment decision that we must make for our family.
