I am a Real Estate Agent/Realtor licensed in the state of VA and will be happy to assist you in buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Being a resident of Northern VA since 2000, investing in local residential real estate, and managing commercial and residential properties, gives me the advantage to recognize my client's needs and to come up with winning strategies whenever I represent a seller or a buyer. I am known for strong negotiation skills, honesty and integrity, charisma, full dedication, and client accessibility.

My main goal is to provide first-class service to my clients by fiercely advocating for buyers from the beginning of the property search, listing a property for my sellers to a successful closing, and building a life-long relationship based on mutual trust and respect.

I am a full-time Realtor and am always available for my clients.

I raised my child in Fairfax County and dedicated a big portion of my time to volunteering at the Langley High School Pyramid. I’m a proud mother of a University of Southern California graduate who majored in Real Estate Development.

I’m a native of Crimean Tatar who was born and raised in Uzbekistan and graduated from the Medical School of Pediatrics with a specialization in Neonatology. Before switching gears to real estate investment and management, I had experience working as a licensed Pediatrician for a leading hospital, a Medical Statistician for the Health Ministry of Uzbekistan, a Medical Administrator for a private medical practice, and a Medical Representative for a pharmaceutical company.

I've been in ownership and management of commercial and residential Real Estate since the early 2000s. To this day, I manage my RE investments which allows me to bring in-depth knowledge, and skills to my clients as well as a comprehensive approach to home buying and home selling.

My goal is to make sure my clients are making the best financial decision selling, buying, or investing in Real Estate.

In my free time, I enjoy gathering with friends, dancing, reading, trying out new recipes, and exploring the DMV area.
