Hello! I’m Julie, it’s so nice to meet you!!
Loudoun County, Virginia is a great place to live and work, which is
why I chose to call it home. With roots in Winston-Salem, NC, I came
to Loudoun County in 2003. Real estate is a passion for me, with a
background in the hospitality industry, it is easy to see why I enjoy
helping clients with any of their real estate needs. I enjoy watching
the process and their excitement along the way with one of the
greatest opportunities of life. Putting my client’s interest first and
listening to them is my number one priority!
I am part of the Pearson Smith Realty family and their desire to be sure
people are happy and being sure they are the main focus aligns with
my style for being passionate about helping clients take the next
step in their homeownership/selling journey. I love being a part of my
client’s journey and making it a less stressful and a smooth
transition for them.
When I’m not in the office or in the field helping, you’ll often find me
outside, being with my kids and enjoying time at football games!
