Seema Nayyar

Seema Nayyar, CPA started a CPA accountancy firm as “Seema R. Nayyar CPA, PC” dba Accurate Accounting & Taxation in Purcellville, Virginia in 2009. Seema has nearly 22 years of Accounting, Auditing, Tax, and Financial Planning experience. She worked for a leading accounting firm Ernst & Young. As an EY employee, Seema had many opportunities to be exposed to a wide number of industries, interesting companies, and accounting issues. Through this exposure, she increased her technical accounting skills, as well as her professional skills. Whatever your needs – from tax preparation (individual & business) to detailed business planning – she will do with quality and integrity.

In 2015, she acquired her Real Estate license. She is using her CPA experience to provide tax and accounting services to real estate investors. By doing this, she seen plenty of different investment strategies and she’s the investor's trusted advisor. She feels this is a great way to get involved with real estate and build a network of connections.
